Located in Newbury, Massachusetts a quaint and private Victorian style mansion hides on the outskirts of the town. The Mortesino Manor, now owned by Thaddeus Whitmore, once was the sight for an infamous murder mystery still unsolved to date.

Today, this property acts as a crossover hotel and Airbnb for individuals who love the aesthetic of the Victorian era as well as deciphering mysteries and crimes. During specific weekends the property hosts a role-playing immersive experience known as the Mortesino Manor Murder Mystery Experience. Guests can become a character for the weekend to play out a murder mystery story.  

To Further establish this business, a brand manual style guide is needed to ensure consistency among the brand and their presence. Included in this project is a primary logo, secondary mark, and full brand style guide.
